This is the RBC Life Associate Training Site. This site was developed by Field leaders specifically for you!

As RBC Life leaders, we are in the business of developing you and developing others.  In RBC Life we are rewarded not just for our own success but for the success of others that we have supported along the way. Therefore it is essential in this business that you learn and develop particular skills to help you do that.

In the modules that follow RBC Life leaders will teach you things that we have discovered and applied over many years. They are principles and skills that we have used to gain the time, finances and health to pursue our dreams and along the way they have also enriched our lives and relationships.

These modules have been designed with two purposes – to help you become a successful person, and to give you the skills and knowledge to do what successful people in RBC Life do.

The training is broken down into modules and sections. Just follow the menu at the left and you’re good to go!

We suggest that you follow them in order. After you have completed a section call your support leader and discus it with them. Then move on to the next module and complete all the sections. Contact your support team leader after each module or anytime you need to ask a question or need feedback.

After you have completed the course you can go back to any section and repeat the training as you want.

There is a lot of other helpful information listed in the second menu on the left which you can access at anytime.
