Income Generator

The Income Generator will be one of your primary income streams as your organization grows and you begin to receive residual income form repeat sales.  You have two permanent legs. The leg with the lessor volume at the end of the month is called your Pay Leg.  The leg with the larger volume is called your Support Leg.  (most people understand this as their power leg).  You earn 10% of the CV (commissionable volume) on the smaller leg.  You must purchase 70QV each month and have one active associate in each of your two permanent legs in order to qualify to earn this commission. You also have 3 flex legs.  You may choose to use these but it is not necessary in building your organization. You get credit for 100% of the points that climb up your two permanent legs for as deep as your organization grows.  You can earn on the people you know, they know, etc., to infinity.
The way that the flex legs work is that at the end of the month they will go to the permanent leg with the smaller total volume.  If you legs are balanced each flex leg will go to the leg with the smaller volume in order.  So if leg #2 is smaller, then flex leg #3 is added to your #2 leg, then if it makes the #2 leg larger than #1, then #4 it is added to #1 and so forth.The volume is added to the top of the smaller leg.  It will virtually balance your two permanent legs each month.
A very important building strategy to know is that the total of the flex legs are added to the top of your leg and no one except you will get credit for the sales volume. (and of course your upline.)  At any time if you have a flex leg you can permanently move it.  We would suggest that you move it to the bottom of your smaller leg volume. Many leaders that understand the value of helping others on their teams will only build 2 legs. If you have more than 2 legs building and can determine the smaller leg volume, you can permanently move a flex leg so that the volume supports many of your downline associates and motivates them. By supporting them with additional associates and volume, you can help others have more success. Once you move a flex leg that flex leg position will be open again.  This is a permanent move and can not be moved back and forth. Leaders know that their success is dependent on helping others be successful and do everything they can to help their associates with team volume. Helping your downline associates with monthly volume on one of their legs will motivate them to work harder on their other leg to capture as much income as possible. Helping your personally enrolled increase their earnings in the Income Generator can mean big $$ in the Matching Bonus Program for you.
You can track the growth of your legs and volumes by several of the reports available in the back office.  It is important that your change your placement in your account profile to your smaller leg or balance.  You will have three choices: left/left, right/left or balance, which means left of #1, left of #2 or balance means that it will go to the bottom of the shortest volume leg for the current month. It is not counting the number of people but the QV volume to date when it is looking for balance.  If someone signs up on your website and you have not reset your placement in the back office the default is left/left.  This means that they would be placed at the bottom of your #1 leg on the left. The far left leg is leg #1 the right permanent position is leg #2 or your right leg. Most leaders will use the custom enroll feature to help their associates sign others up.  This allows you to know exactly where your placement is.  If you plan on using any marketing campaigns that will send people directly to your replicating website for them to sign themselves up, you want to make sure they will go on your smaller team to support your income growth.
At the end of the month you will get paid 10% of the total CV volume on the smaller leg.  It then subtracts the same volume from the larger leg.  The difference between your monthly volume is called carry over. The points that you accumulated but did not get paid on do NOT flush.  The next month you may discover that your smaller leg is doing more volume than your previous months larger leg and you will now get paid on the carryover points from previous months.  You will always have an opportunity to capture 100% of the income from your volume.
Many people use the term runaway leg or power leg when one of their legs growth far exceeds the other. What happens is someone or several associates on one of your legs has explosive growth. You could end up will thousands or even millions of points that you feel you can collect on.   Do NOT think this is a bad thing. It is awesome, your downline team members are doing 50% of your volume for you.  You can focus all your new recruiting efforts on your smaller leg and earn commissions on all volume each month in your smaller leg. As a leader you still need to support your personally enrolled and all associates that are on your larger leg.  it is still your responsibility to help them grow. Things change, people change, and at any time your could see a switch in growth.  That is why it is so important to pay attention to your monthly volume on both of your permanent legs.  You want the carry over to work for you and you want to make sure someone is still working and bringing in new volume as well.
Remember that you continue to earn Power Bonuses and Matching Bonus on everyone.  It does not matter which leg they are on in the Income Generator because those income streams looks at enroller to enroller and not placement.
Your biggest leader may be 10 levels or even 100′s deep in your organization and you have the opportunity to earn from them as much as the first person you enrolled on your placement tree.  And best of all they have the opportunity to be the biggest income earner in the company.

The 4th way to earn in the RBC Comp Plan is based on the sale of Enrollment Packs.  We are rewarded when we enroll 2 or more associates up in a single month.  To be eligible to earn bonus income in the Builders Pool you must personally enroll 2 of the $480 Packs in a calender month.  The company has set aside 2% of the total CV sales company wide.  Based on the number of points that are earned.  For example each $480 pack earns 9 points and each $330 pack earns 6 points.  They take the total number of packs sold with the assigned points and divide that number into 2% of the total CV.  It takes a total of 12 points to be eligible to earn this bonus each month. So if the points had a value of $5 each then 5 x 12 points is $60 that you would receive from the Builders Pool.

It is important to know that the Consumer Choice packs do not earn Builder Pool points.  The difference is on the $480 pack 150QV/CV points go up the tree.  On the $450 Consumer Choice 100% of the total order QV/CV climbs up.  If you were to enroll 2 new associates at this level you would also get paid approx $80 from the Income Generator if they both were placed on your Clear Pay Leg or shorter team.
Always remember you do earn both the Direct and the Power Bonus on the Consumer Choice packs. The important thing is that no matter where you placed someone on your tree, you get the Direct and Power bonus and everyone between you and your newest associate will earn the QV/CV points.  This could have a point or income affect on several associates encouraging them to continue building their business. The Consumer Choice points are almost 3X greater than the $480 Director’s Pack.

It is important to think about your new associate. Will your new associate benefit more from the extra products and being able to choose their own product selection or would a preset group of products with sales tools be the best value for them?

Buyers remorse or that gut feeling that “I should not have done that” will stop someone before they start.  So, above all else enroll your new associates with something that they are happy with and then excited to share or let you share with their friends and family.

Look to your sales leader for support and advice.  In duplicating your efforts and teaching others the same will cause faster and more stable growth.

RBC Power Bonus

The Power Bonus can be a huge part of getting started.  It is very important to the new associate in getting income when they start to build their organization.  At first the largest part of your income will come from the Direct and Power Bonus.  The Power bonus rewards you for helping your downline associates sell packs to their prospects to 8 generations.  In a perfect world if we taught people to enroll 5 people with the Consumer Choice Pack and everyone repeated that pattern to their eighth generation you would earn over 2 million dollars in just Power bonus income. Remember what this does is motivate people to help others deep in their organizations for the rewards of the Power Bonus.

There is $60 split 6 levels on the $330 pack and $120 split 8 levels on the $480 or the $450 Consumer Choice.  When you do the math you will discover that millions could be left on the table if you were to teach people to order the $330 instead of the $480 or $450.  That is one of the key reasons why we never even give people the option.  Everyone wants the largest ROI (return of investment) on both their time and money.  If someone were to ask you the difference just say, “If you were to chose the $330 option and teach others to do the same, you could be leaving millions of dollars on the table.”

The way that the Power bonus works is;  if you enrolled a new associate, then you get the first level Power bonus.  Then the person who enrolled you gets the next, the personal who enrolled them the next and so forth.  In order to receive the Power bonus you must be a builder and you must be on 150QV auto order.  If you enrolled with the $450 or $480 pack it automatically counts as that month’s auto order qualifier.  Remember that the 150QV is the leadership level that qualifies you for Power bonus and Matching Bonus.  All other streams of income require the 70QV monthly auto order.

To understand the power of the 8 generations, you need to do a little math.  Enroll 2 (25 x 2= $50), they enroll 2 each (20 x 4 = $80), they enroll 2 each (20 x 8 = $160), they enroll 2 each (15 x 16=$240), they enroll 2 each ( 15 x 32 = $480), they enroll 2 each (10 x 64= $640), they enroll 2 each (10 x 132 = $1320), then on your 8th level they enroll 2 each (5 x 264 = $1320).  So your 7th and 8th generation will bring you the most money if you teach others to build by 2.  If we were to change the math and teach everyone to enroll 5 your total Power bonus income to 8 generations is over $2 million.  If someone on your generational or enrollment tree does not purchase the minimum 150QV each month after their first month the Power bonus commission is compressed up the the next qualified leader.

As your organization builds deeper and deeper you will always earn from the Power bonus if you teach all your builders to enroll 2 new associates each month.  You will also begin to see your Income Generator and Matching Bonus begin to climb far beyond your Power and Direct Bonuses.

Hugh White, who lived in the 1700s, once said, “When you make a mistake, don’t look back at it long. Take the reason of the thing into your mind and then look forward. Mistakes are lessons of wisdom. The past cannot be changed. The future is what is yet in your power.”

Every one of us makes some mistakes and probably most often every day there are a few. But if we take a moment we can learn from our mistakes without dwelling on them.
When you make a mistake don’t look back.  Mistakes are lessons of wisdom. Take the learning and then go on and go forward.
Plan on this being the YEAR that your DO reach your goals!!!!

RBC Direct Commission

You earn the Direct commission when you personally enroll a new associate. You will want to place your new associate on the bottom of your left or right leg depending on which side is larger.  If you are brand new remember to enroll at least one personally enrolled associate on each of your two permanent legs.  It can sometimes be confusing on which packs to enroll a new associate with. And if it is confusing to you, just consider how it sounds to the new associate.  Many leaders do not confuse the new prospect and only share the Consumer Choice Pack. Remember if they do not purchase a pack there is no direct bonus.  We will explain the packs to help you understand them better.  The name of the packs can be confusing.  The Director Pack, Consumer Choice Pack and Builder Pack all qualify you at the builder level.
The Clear Start Pack does not qualify you to the builder level and it does not pay any points up the tree.  It earns a $25 direct commission which pays only to the Enroller.  We do not recommend ever selling this pack.  In order to be a builder level to open up all levels on commission they must also place a auto order for a minimum of 250 QV.  So remember, no points, and no power bonus and not qualified as a builder.  With no points the upline receives nothing from the sell of this pack.
The $330 (Builder Pack) earns a $50 direct commission and 100 CV points that flow up the tree.  There are a couple reasons why you may not want to share this pack as well.   The first one is that it only has a total of $60 paid out to 6 levels of Power bonus.  This means if you sell this pack and teach your team members to sell it you will be missing out on millions of power bonus income.  Yes, we said millions! Now you do get points for the Builders Pool but you have lost considerable income in both the Direct commission and in the Power bonus.
The $480 (Business Pack) earns $75 direct commission and 150 CV the flows up the tree. It pays out a total of $120  Power bonus to 8 levels.  It has points for the Builders Pool.  In order to earn in the Builders pool you must personally enroll 2 new associates in the month.  It has some great business tools and some bonus product has been added.  You do not get to select your products, you receive exactly the product listed with the current bonus products.
The 450QV Consumer Choice Pack earns the $75 direct commission and the full QV of the order flows up the tree.  You must also purchase the $35 Basic Pack. It pays out a total of $120 Power bonus to 8 levels. It does not currently earn in the Builders Pool.  You get to choose your product. It must be a minimum of 450QV of product which is at 20% off retail.  It is very important that when you enroll a new associate and they choose this pack that you click on the Consumer Choice Pack button.  You want to make sure your new associate is getting credit for the pack option and not just making a product purchase.  You do not have to enroll for the $35 first.  It is added to your total after you have reached the 450QV amount.  What is exciting about this is the fact that 450QV or more points climbs up the tree.  You need to understand how important it is to get the points flowing for your team members.  It is one of the key motivators to get your team members building.  If the points do not move quickly enough they may get discouraged and quit.  If they don’t start earning some income even if it is small they can get discouraged.
The $35 Basic Pack enrolls a new associate.  They can then go on auto ship and get 30% off of retail on their first order.  They are not a qualified builder and if any personally enrolled down 8 generation levels sells a builder level pack no power bonus can be earned.  No Matching bonus can be earned until they are at the builder level.  They have 60 days to purchase a pack and qualify as a builder.  All commissions and bonuses are paid upline when they purchase within 60 days.  If they do not complete the pack purchase in 60 days they can order 250 QV products in one month to bring them to the qualified builder level.  The $35 Basic Pack also has a FREE bottle of Microhydrin.
We can not ignore the different packs because they are in all the literature, shopping cart and website.  But the new associate only needs to hear and understand the best option.  Then if they begin to build and enroll others you can educate them about the different packs and the advantages and sometimes disadvantages of the other packs.
If you try to explain each of these packs to your new prospect you can lose 30 to 40 minutes of time. This knowledge should be shared in a training to educate your leaders. We must share what others can duplicate, we do not want to confuse or new prospects.

Retail Sales /Preferred Customer Sales –

If you send someone to your unique website and they decide to purchase a product at either the retail or Preferred Customer level RBC will send you the difference between the retail/PC and wholesale amount (20%) and they will pay you 20% commission on that sale.  The total of the QV counts towards your personal QV.
If you are building a team and looking for long term residual income you must remember that you only get credit for 40% of the CV points on your smaller leg, and the points do NOT climb up the structure.  So if you teach your downline to do this you, no one between you and them will get credit for any of their sales.  Remember that the person who personally enrolled them will receive a matching bonus on their total CV on their smaller leg if they qualify for Matching Bonus.

What you might consider  – have new customers or prospects call their order in on your ID# or allow you to place it for them on your own website.  They can place a one time order at the wholesale amount, use their own credit card and have it shipped to them.  Now they are excited because they get 20% off retail. You are excited because you get 20% on your personal volume over 150 QV and 100% of the points climb up the tree for everyone.


Better yet, enroll them as a new associate.  Best is the $450 Consumer Choice Pack.  If they are only interested in one our two products you might consider a couple of options.  You can just sell out of your inventory (if you have one) and continue to say in touch to turn them into a new associate.  Or you can enroll them as a new associate for the $35 enrollment fee.  They receive a FREE bottle of Microhydrin.  You must place an order the same day if you want the FREE bottle of product.  You can set up their auto ship for the product they want and have it shipped to them.  You must do this in one step online. (enroll/autoship) to get the free product.  They are excited because they get the FREE bottle of Microhydrin and their product at 30% off retail.  You just locked down a new associate and they have 60 days to order the Consumer Choice Pack to qualify for commissions/bonuses.
Remember the 1st choice is always to let them know the value of the Consumer Choice Pack on their first purchase.  Don’t leave the direct/power bonus on the table.  Earn it NOW!! Always remember people will do what you do.  Build it right and teach others the same method.
