Dream Team

Build a “Dream Team” list of your Top 10 people whom you would ideally like to have as the foundation of your business.

You can start by going through your downline, then add to that list people who you know and have not contacted yet.  Look for some of these qualities:

    – People who have a charity they are passionate about supporting.
    – People who are warm, open, and easy to talk to.

– People who have good “people skills.”

    – People who are reliable.
    – People who are coach-able.
    – People who have a reasonable amount of influence and credibility.
    – People who are industrious.

    – People who serve and give to others.

    – People who smile and make eye contact.

– People who believe in you.

- People who are excited about wellness.

Imagine your life five years from now in the most exquisite life-giving, fulfilling essence of well being that you can imagine.

Then begin to use that idea, that dream, as a roadmap for the choices you make, the plans you choose, the decisions you make – what you say “yes” and what you say “no” to.

It’s been said that for a sailor with no direction, no wind is favorable.

So what is the direction for your life today?

Remember to set your direction – if you continue doing what you have done  in the past you will continue getting what you have – so if you feel like you are going no where – maybe that is the exact path you have set.

WRITE YOUR GOALS DOWN – SET A TIME LINE – STAY FOCUSED!!!

Wondering what to say when you give someone a call or bump into a new prospect?
You might try something like:
1.  Do you think it is important to actively pursue wellness?
2. Have you heard the buss on how important it is to help our body become alkaline?
3. What do you think is more important – our health or our money?
4. Do you know someone who might be interested in earning some additional money?
5.  I found something and have never felt better – do you know someone who would like to feel better and have more energy?
Now, be excited with your answers – excited about the product results, excited about the income potential, etc.
Remember NO’s – are not really no – it is just not the right time for that person.  allow people to be where they are
Don’t forget to work the endless chain!!

What Image are you projecting?

1.  Are you excited?    Your team and your new prospects need to see your excitement when you share the products or the plan with them.
2. Are you giving people a smile?   The energy and welcome of your body language can start or end a conversation.
3. Do you make eye contact?   Eye contact with a smile can say yes or no – it is up to you.
4. Hygiene -  You don’t have to be dressed up to look clean and healthy – mouth and/or body odor can close the door with a new prospect.
5.  Listen  - Don’t be so busy to share what you have- take time to listen – Remember people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
Smile, be happy, look good, and listen

Are you listening to your prospects?

Are you asking for the order?

Do you give someone the time to say YES?

The Navajo had a special way of speaking. The Navajo spoke and then had silence. They would say an idea and then they had silence.  They believed the silence was more informative than the word and unless we allowed silence, we would never have the full meaning of what the words were.

We have such a powerful message of health and possibilities for others.  Sometimes we just have to be silent and let them ponder the opportunity to feel better, to take responsibility of their health, to consider the possibilities for their future. We get so excited with what we have to share that often we can not stop talking.

So today, when you talk to your team and to your new prospects – remember to listen into the silence. You will give them the opportunity to say yes.

When we are alone, we hear ideas and think ideas.  Now speak your ideas to yourself as you’re working through the many aspects of what your life is about.  Just remember to take some moments and listen into the silence. Create some spaces between the ideas and give yourself the opportunity of your silence to speak to you about your life and you will discover that when you say YES to yourself, more people will say YES to you!!

We can say YES to our products, we can say YES to the opportunity, we can say YES to the extreme makeover that is happening right before our eyes as RBC is preparing to be one the the biggest global winners in the future!!!

Oh, it is hard to be silent and listen when you are so excited!!!!

5 Proven Ways to use Affirmations to bring about amazing, positive changes in your life.

********************
1) Say Them Out Loud
********************

Affirmations work best when spoken with power and conviction.

It’s normal if you feel uncomfortable saying certain affirmations in the beginning… because you may not fully believe them yet.

Saying them out loud over and over again helps to re-program your sub-conscious mind to accept these new beliefs gradually.

You’ll realize that it gets easier and easier the more you do it and over time and you’ll start to say the affirmations with more and more conviction.

2) Say Them In Front Of The Mirror
**********************************

In fact, I recommend that you print out and paste the affirmations near your mirrors so you can look at your reflection when you’re saying them.

This is an extremely powerful way to anchor the new empowering beliefs to yourself.

************************
3) Say Them In Your Head
************************

An alternative to saying the affirmations out loud is to say them in your head.

Perhaps, you live in a big family or in a place where it may not be convenient to practice reciting the affirmations out loud to yourself. If so, this is one good way to use your affirmations.

*********************************************************
4) Record Them And Listen To The Recording When Necessary
*********************************************************

Another way to do it is to record yourself saying the affirmations and play back the recording when you feel it’s necessary to do so…
for example, when you find yourself having negative thoughts.

Research have shown that the sub-conscious mind is most open to suggestions just after you wake up and just before you fall asleep.

******************
5) Write Them Down
******************

You may also want to copy the affirmations down in your own handwriting.

It’s the same as writing sales copy… Top copywriters know that if you practice copying high response advertisements in your own handwriting, it actually improves your ability to write great copy.

Instead of questioning why it works, why not just give it a shot?

5 Ways to Set Your Goals in Stone

goals, goal setting, organization, time management, tips, productivity, ambition

Setting a goal doesn’t automatically mean getting the result. Sometimes goals are gradually forgotten about and fade away into the back of our minds. After a few weeks or even days, your enthusiasm dies down, and that spark of inspiration becomes a memory.
To achieve goals that take time, you need to stay motivated, and you need to keep the inspiration flowing. Here are five suggestions on how to do just that.

1. Create a “vision board” or “board of dreams”

Don’t just write a list. Stick up things that remind you of what it is that you want. Photos, gifts, memorabilia, letters, notes, pages from books. Anything that provides you with a reminder of that original inspiration. Once done, put it where you will see it often

2. Photos (everywhere)

Visual stimulation can be much more powerful than words. Get photos of what you want to achieve and stick them everywhere you can. Digital photo frames can allow you to have a slide show of images.

3. Leave notes (everywhere)

As well as the photos, have notes dotted around the place. Write notes that explain the photo you have chosen. The more unavoidable and obvious your goals are, the easier it becomes to remember what you are working for.

4. Your most used applications

What applications do you use most?

The majority of applications that are used everyday will have some way of keeping a note, whether it was meant for that purpose or not.

An iGoogle homepage can display your goals every time you log in. Microsoft Outlook can do the same. Ditto for Firefox and even Windows. Google’s Desktop sidebar lets you save notes so that they’re ready for you when you log in.

5. Tell people (but be selective)

Tell others about your goals. Tell the people that inspire you and will throw encouragement your way. Have a conversation about your goals often, don’t just tell other people and never mention them again. Remind others and talk about their goals as well as yours.
